Job Description

Responsible for driving the P&L for entire set of technology solutions and business lines by building and leading teams in a Zone .

We are looking to hire Zonal heads for new car & used car business in key cities

Key Roles:

Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the Zone working closely with Top Management

Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions Develop and maintain the our partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and key financial institutions

Take decisions on Zone level pricing decisions for customized solutions

Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines

Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

Drive launch of new products within their zone Key

Prior experience of managing and leading a team

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
