Job Title : Zonal Manager
Reporting to : Sales Head/VP
Experience : 12 to 16 years with FMCG, Tyres, Paints and Oil company.
Sales Management :
- To evolve SMART objectives for the Zone.
- To ensure target achievement on monthly basis.
- To ensure collection performance achievement on monthly basis.
- To develop, localize and implement brand building strategies.
- To identify new markets and dealer managements.
Sales Force Management :
- Performance review / use incentive as a tool to improve performer.
- Training & Development
- Dealer Management
- Tracking Competition & Network Expansion
- Cost Management
- Discount management of key dealers.
- Effectively implement cost contentment exercises.
