Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the key accounts/area
Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions across the control area
Responsible to direct large dealer signs up as per the defined targets
Responsible for dealer sign ups targets for the team
Responsible for maintaining the key dealer network and resolve issues if any locally
Responsible for collection of subscription fee from all partner dealers and timely submission
Manage the entire team of field staff to ensure that the company goals are achieved
Market related understanding and feedback specific to the Area
Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions
Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
Drive launch of new products if any within his are of operation

Key Requirements

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Should be a team player
People with minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
Strong project management and coordination skills
Experience working in Pre-owned or used cars sales business
