Job Description

Role:

a) Must be from FMCG industry or Internet/E-Commerce

b) Need to be a core sales guy

c) Must be involved in Revenue Generation part

d) For ZSM-South, the location will be based out of Bangalore, but he needs to have complete South Zone knowledge

e) For ZSM-West, the location will be based out of Mumbai, but he needs to have complete West Zone knowledge

Individuals with minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

Responsibilities :

ZSM at CarDekho and Gaadi are responsible for driving the P&L for entire set of technology solutions and business lines by building and leading teams in a Zone .

We are looking to hire Zonal heads for new car & used car business in key cities

Key Roles :

- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the Zone working closely with Top Management

- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions

- Develop and maintain the CarDekho / Gaadi partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and key financial institutions

- Take decisions on Zone level pricing decisions for customized solutions

- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines

- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans

- Drive launch of new products within their zone Key Requirements

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Prior experience of managing and leading a team

- People with minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

- Strong project management and coordination skills
