ob Requirements :
- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail/direct selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.
- Solid, demonstrable work experience and success credentials.
- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.
- Preference for process-driven, aggressive candidates. People from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc will be preferred.
- To handle a team of Account Managers & achieve the sales / revenue target from new clients.
- To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
- Ensure Team timely collects all revenue from clients
- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
- Interact regularly with Team & ensure performance.
- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
