a. Will be responsible for managing the team of RSM/BM/ASM in the assigned Zone and delivering top line and market share objectives of the organisation with focus on distribution health.
b. Managing distribution network for multiple states in a zone through team RSMs/BMs/ASMs.
c. Achieving Primary/Secondary/Tertiary sales objectives in the assigned zone & driving BTL Activities with proper utilization of Budgets.
d. Maintaining right product mix for profitability as prescribed from time to time
e. Key Account Management growth of all key accounts in the assigned territory at min 10 % over LY
f. Meeting A/B category outlets at the specified frequency to build relationships resulting in increased market share and business
g. Retention and Growth of team through execution of performance management process. Formulating, Planning and Executing BTL and other marketing programs.
Around 12-18years in Dealer channel sales. Should have managed managers (min 2-3 years).
