Job Description

Job Purpose:

Leadership for sales execution and administration for Comapny's Powder Coatings business (B2B) in the West Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh)

Responsibilities:

Leadership of a team of direct reportees working in Sales, Technical Services, and Commercial in the zone
Achievement of revenue budget for the zone state, segment, and channel wise
Management of both direct sales and dealer business
Tracking of own and competitors market share and planning for enhancement of own market share
Achievement of collection objectives to ensure zonal financial health
Establishment and maintenance of effective personal customer relationships through regular site visits and coordination for effective on the ground technical assistance
Effective addressing of all customer complaints in coordination with Head Office at Goregaon, Research & Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance
Management of depot and branch operations in terms of stock, inventory, and administration
Development of new customers in coordination with Business Development and Research & Technology teams

Pre Requisites:
Candidate should have minimum 4-5 years of experience managing the sales and sales administration responsibilities of a region / zone comprising multiple states with a team reporting into him
Suitable experience in Key Account Management and dealer networking is a must.
Preferred Experience in B2B, Institutional selling and / or Coatings industry
Suitable experience in Adhesives / specialty chemicals etc. will also be considered
Experience : 12 to 15 years of sales experience

Qualification:

Engineering or Science graduates with 60% or more all throughout academics
Preferred - Specialization in Paint Technology
Preferred - Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in management

Desired Profile
Prefer candidates from Paint industry-powder coatings
Should have handled a team for 4 to 5 years with experience in managing the sales and sales administration responsibilities of a region / zone comprising multiple states
Prefer candidates with 50% plus throughout, preferably with minimum or no gaps and / or backlogs.
This particular position will involve extensive travelling and relocation to Bombay. The candidate must be completely OK with the same.
