Responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing activities to deliver sales growth and profitability.
Contribute to formulation of corporate goals and business plans
Formulate demand forecasts, sales targets, pricing strategies and sales budget
Identify and network with prospective corporate, generate business from the existing accounts and manage existing accounts.
Assist in development of sales goals, training programs and incentive plans for the sales force
Train, monitor and motivate team members through regular sales meetings coaching and mentoring
Work with other senior management to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
