Job Description

- Responsible for Specification of company products with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Interior & Plumbing Contractors.

- Generate & manage large volume business from Builders/Developers and having a working relationship with them.

- Develop key market segments and generate specifications and enquiries from different sectors.

- Manage Channel Partner/Dealer sales and review of Sales team and identify areas of improvement and enhance team dynamics

- Following up with client and maintaining healthy business relationship with the dealers and clients

- Organize and conduct Contact programs with Top architects & builders on regular basis to instill brand image and Top-of-mind recall of the Brand.

- Handle and Co-ordinate multi-locational project specifications and deliveries across segments.

- Identify Key influencers and conduct Specifier Engagement Programs for showcasing Product-specific and Organizational Capabilities for better brand awareness and space in their minds.
