Contact centre domain experience with IVR exp.
Hands on exp on VXML , CCXML and SCXML.
Exposure to ASR , Speech , NPL & modern IVR technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external business partners.
Expertise in objected oriented analysis & design across a variety of platforms.
Thorough understanding of XML, JSON , web services technologies & data structure fundamentals, with exp in multi-threaded programming .
