List of responsibilities:
1. Recruit and manage a team of about 50 + sales agents along with 5-6 TLs and 2 floor managers eventually
2. Drive and achieve targets through the team will be responsible to open min. 15 accounts per team member per month and about 1,000 to 1,500 accounts a month
3. Should be able to setup the entire structure of the tele calling calling processes, identifying the process gaps and proposing solutions, propose innovation to improve efficiencies etc
4. Should be involved in daily/weekly/monthly monitoring the team and TLs through MISes, Call reviews, Business reviews
5. Should be able to setup the structure of quality control, team grooming and engagement with a view to identify super star agents and help them become team leaders in future
6. Should be able to interact with the senior management and present the progress of the team and the way forward
7. Should continuously study the competitors and identify and implement good practices
What is needed in the person:
1. Min. a graduate, although post graduates will be preferred
2. Min. 6-8 years of handling tele SALES processes in the past, financial domain knowledge will be mandatory, not necessarily in broking.
3. Personality traits Aggressive yet mature to take sound decisions, Analytical bent of mind .
