Overall Job Purpose:
CLM Application Overview
CLM is the strategic client onboarding, off-boarding and maintenance tool that automate processes, reduce complexity, improve controls and standardise data across front, middle, and back office applications.
The creation of CLM response to internal audit item related to replace aging suite of applications that supports client onboarding functionality for Investment Banking, largely driven by increasing controls requirements during KYC and regulatory due diligence.
CLM will primarily act as a business process orchestration tool coordinating across Sales, KYC, Agency Trading, Credit, Legal, Tax & Operations Teams.
CLM is a platform developed on PEGA PRPC BPM Tool that allows decoupling of Business Process, Business Logic and Data into a more manageable and maintainable system . It uses a Straight Through Processing approach to source, enrich and distribute client and account static data from various sources.
Legacy systems being decommissioned by CLM are GAOS, Agent Trading Onboarding, IDS, & Client Outreach.
The Client Lifecycle Tech Lead will technically lead the Pune PEGA Development team both permanent and consultant staff. He will provide the technical direction and ensure that Scrum teams that he leads meet the delivery deadline and produce output of high quality
Sprint 90% Individual Contribution 10% Management
Architect, design and develop the CLM-PEGA application.
Design development and management of complex process interactivity.
Business logic implementation.
Provide strong technical steer to PEGA development team.
Play the role of Scrum Master if required.
Interface with business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering.
Responsible for the build out as well as support of an application utilized by various control functions.
Work with global teams and undertake enhancements to CLM application as per business needs post Go Live.
Work closely with BTS teams and ensure quality code delivery to production.
Work with LM on OCPT wide initiatives.
Build a strong connect with Business /BA teams
Present work to stakeholders and attending meetings as appropriate.
Work with developers to deliver the final product.
Create documentation to satisfy L1 support teams.
Experience and thorough understanding of business process management (BPM) technology like PEGA PRPC 6.X, 7.X
PEGA Certified Lead System Architects will have a direct advantage.
Should possess excellent PEGA skills in implementing User Interface, developing Flows, working with PRPC etc.
Proven understanding of PEGA implementation cycle which includes modeling of business process, PRPC tool installation, development, testing and deployment.
Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
Client Lifecycle domain knowledge (client OnBoarding, maintenance and off-boarding) business analysis and / or technical knowledge preferred.
Good understanding of best code development and deployment practices.
Knowledge of SOA, J2EE, messaging would be an advantage
Expertise in objected-oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms
A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution design
Substantial development experience; particularly within the financial services industry.
Delivery of large scale systems.
