Job Description-

-Responsible for selling online and distance education products (Degree, Diploma, Executive Education and Certification programs ranging from Rs. 2,000-Rs. 10,00,000) across organizations and education institutions (colleges/universities)
-Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on HR managers, CEO and business leaders
-Manage the deal flow from beginning to closing of the sale including creating the proposal, negotiation and convincing the various stakeholders
-Organize brand building and marketing activities at potential client sites to promote EduKart.com partner products
-Manage complex client situations and requirements and acquire new clients based on value based selling.
-Prepare the collaterals for corporate sales
-Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

Desired Profile-

-6-10 years of experience in corporate sales with focus on selling to HR heads and CXOs
-Strong network with senior HR managers and leaders across industries
-Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
-Should be a team player
-Open to extensive travelling to major metropolitan cities of India
-Bachelors in any field from a top ranking college
MBA/MA from a top tier institute is preferred
