- Responsible for designing of IPT solutions from pre sales & post sales perspective.
- Need to Handle escalations from Voice implementation Team.
- Designing Bill of Material for IPT based on the requirement of the customer
- Preparing Low Level & High Level Document for the implementations
- Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 8.5 Cluster on UCS Server
- Implementation of Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 on UCS Server
- Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.1
- Integration of Cisco IP contact Center Express with CUCM.
- Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express
- Implementation of Cisco Unity Express
- Implementation of Voice Gateways
- Configuration of 6900, 7900, 9900 Series IP Phones
- Implementation of Tandberg and Polycom Video Endpoints
- Implemented Cisco Routers and Switches
Preferred knowledge and skills:
- WAN and LAN, QoS
- Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Excellent oral, written & presentation communications skills
- CCVP / CCIE or Higher Cisco Certification or any other CISCO certification would be an advantage
