Projects: He works on strategic cross L&D projects on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include project leadership, design, development or project management.
Team Operations: He is responsible to ensure all L&D people are informed, integrated and know how to get things done. This role is overall responsible to support the L&D Lead in the effective running of the organization.
Operations Activities include, but are not limited to:
Coordination and Communication
Engagement and new member Integration
Metrics/Adhoc Requests for Information
We are only looking at those people who have done strategic role, planning and implementation of L&D and Talent Development, Business Operations Initiatives. We are not looking at trainers or people who delivers training.
