The job holder will be responsible for leading the global training curriculum and covering both onboarding and BAU training.
The job holder will be ensuring that the training curriculum meets the business needs globally through analysis and assessments.
Will lead the agreed training priorities and drive the successful implementation of key activities within the plan.
