The Vice President - Human Capital will be responsible for Centers of Excellence in the Human Resource department at AgroStar; HRIS, Organizational Development, Compliance and Corporate HR.
The VP of HR will direct, plan, develop, establish, implement and administer the personnel and human resources management function in accordance with objectives of organization. Develop and lead an innovative HR function. Provide HR vision and progressive human resources strategies to continue to build capacity within the HR function, develop a strong talent pipeline, and maximize organizational development and performance.
Experience with multinational company, FMCG, retail industry, services industry desired.
