- The role involves managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area including managing compensation for few lines of businesses within India, comp infrastructure maintenance, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery
- Should have a strong HR experience of at least 10-15 years, with at least 50% of the experience in managing compensation for medium to large companies.
Preferably from IT/ITES space (could look at other sectors for right candidate), good education background, MBA in HR from some good management institute.
Certifications in C&B area would be added advantage.
Strong background in managing compensation processes, good understanding of business/market, must have excellent communication/influencing and consulting abilities
