Job Description

Business Process Automation Business Process Automation Pipeline
Lead Domain/Vertical aligned Ideation and opportunity identification for vertical/ cross vertical Business Process Automation (BPA) capabilities, bolt-on tools and wrappers, into a Prioritized pipeline (for short term and long term) based upon TCO &CBA/ ROI
Drive BPA scope detailing, solution design, bring outside in perspective from competitive landscape and market intelligence, identify opportunities to leverage existing Process automation/ product capabilities, substantiate build/buy decisions
Lead packaging of BPA capabilities into domain centric productized solutions, offered as SaaS/ BPaaS, repeatability across similar business processes, and retained organization of Clients
Build servitization of existing BPA capabilities including provisioning models (Client on-Premise, hosted, cloud), Licensing/ Pricing, on-going delivery and support
Lead evangelization strategies (Value Packs/ Case Studies/ road shows) for engagement with business & frontend, participate in presales showcasing for new Client opportunities
Delivery Management
Establish Business Process Automation methodology and processes as a part of overall IT Application Delivery framework
Lead delivery of multiple process automation initiatives inline with business dimensions, urgencies and scope, establishing governance ensuring optimum participation of Stakeholders/Sponsors/Champions from Business & Technology
Drivestrategies for effective adoption in the end user groups to uphold the ROI/break-even projections
Lead effective engagements at various levels of Business and Clients management and operations leadership to demonstrate quantitative impact to business by the use of BPA
Create partnership and alliances with OEM/Suppliers/Partners for capacity creation, skill augmentation, and support and go-to-market opportunities. Business/Domain centric process automation roadmaps (short & long term) in outsourcing and transformation delivery
Revenue influence/impact through the use embedded capabilities, tools and wrappers
Financial Management Financial Planning and Reporting for BPA portfolio
Prepare Investment Forecast as per the Business-IT capability enablement roadmaps in Business
Track and report revenue impact/influence from BPA capabilities (Productized solutioning offerings, tools, bolt-ons and wrappers) as a part of Technology P&L objectives
Strengthen the rigor and governance for BPA, tracking budget utilization and driving optimization initiatives Track and reporting Revenue influence/impact accruals viz goals
Cost optimization targets (Capex, Opex, G&A) vs budget
People Management Process Automation and Delivery organization
o Delivery alignedOrganization Structure & Leadership development
