Job Description

1) Develop & implement Marketing Strategies to improve the Brand Image, Identify New Market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotions of the Company's Brand and Product visibility in current and emerging Markets
2)Provide strategically inputs to develop and manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company's Real Estate Product and develop new revenue generation options for the organisation and ensure efficient Customer Service / Satisfaction thus enabling the Organisation to meet its Business Plan & Objectives

Duties & Responsibilities :-

Create and develop the Company's Branding & Marketing Strategy to ensure visibility, branding, spread & popularity of Company's Products and Brand thus enchancing the Company's Image & Market share in current and emerging Market

Create and implement SOPs for the Sales Department & Customer Management to ensure best processes in the industry are being followed and increase Customer Satisfaction thus enhancing Brand Image and Value. Create appropriate checklist as required to ensure proper and accurate documentation and informations are being captured as required by industry norms

Authorise / Approve Sales Transactions. Provide decision to staff relating Sales. Review and approve special cases / deviations, discounts etc. for management's approval. Analyze competitor's sales & existing market trends and advise Management about special promotion schemes / rate revisions etc to be introduced, which can be beneficial to the company's interest & revenue generation

Evaluate and prioritize markets based on demographics, psychographics, competitive volumes and other factors that are known to impact sales volumes. Collaborate extensively with internal development resources, legal department, Concept leadership teams, marketing team etc

Advise the Management on new developments in the Market and propose new initiatives, promotions to increase brand & product visibility, market reach / spread, popularity, etc thus ensuring the Company's Popularity and brand image is protected and enhanced via these new initiatives / developments

Conceptualization and standardization of company's visible mediums like logo, motto, tag lines etc to create brand uniformity across the Company. Create and Implementation of SOPs by building brand awareness among internal & external users on standardization of resources by trademarks / copyrights etc. Documenting & circulating the same to all

Liaise with various marketing agencies for creation and implementation of branding exercise, events & promotions activities to be carried out and negotiate on cost, time, deliverables, terms and conditions and propose to the Management the best deals for approval

Monitor and Control the Marketing & Sales budgets to ensure that the approved budget is in control and there are no major deviations. Review and approve the marketing commercial transactions as per the sanctioned budget. Ensure cost savings through hard negotiations
