Job Description

Qualification: Any Post Graduate / Graduate


Responsible for overall performance and profitability of the sales division of our company.

1. Planning and setting the periodical sales targets with Director Sales/ CEO for all the brands and communicating the same downwards.
2. Ensuring the Sales & profitability of all the brands.
3. Ensuring GM/Senior Manager/Manager are reaching the targets and advise strategies in achieving targets.
4. Understanding and analyzing the general trend in travel market across and revising the strategies suitably in consultation with Director Sales/CEO.
5. Planning the adverts for each brand in consultation with Marketing Manager/Director Product and monitoring the call flow on daily basis. Continuously monitor the advert costs & advertisements and make suggestions for improvement.
6. Understanding the subtleties and significance of Rosters in relation to targets and performance of the team members.
7. Willing to work in UK Shifts.
