Support and facilitate the regulatory market business in terms of site transfer projects, triggering the European audits etc.
Expand and Maintain ongoing business in MENA, LATAM, Africa, CIS/Russia, SEA and ROW.
Monitor for timely payment collection
Identify the spot business without registration by close connection with Agents and distributors
Monitors business metrics in regard to revenues, profitability, market share and product portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team
2. Dossier Submission, agreement and post deal management.
Ensuring the new dossier submission for New product filing, New registration of product from respective countries
Focus on new country development like Vietnam, Colombia, Algeria &Morocca
3. Venture in Bigger Market
Identifying and managing partners for Outsourcing and Contract Manufacturing.
International business PR, branding and creating awareness in the targeted segments on Group's capabilities.
4. Budgets Control.
Develop and manage the marketing budget
Administrative supervision of personnel compliance.
Organizational procedural compliance.
5. People Development
Recruit, train and collaborate with team
Motivate and reward the sales team
Skills and Requirements
Strategic planning for niche/specialized segment of oncology and criticare.
Strong business networking of procurement agencies and supporting partners of Govt/semi govt for oncology/criticare products.
Strong business and finance background.
Knowledgeable in the overall global market with specific experience with working in an International Marketing environment. (MENA, LATAM, Africa, CIS/Russia, SEA and ROW.)
Extensive knowledge of international sales tactics and approaches is required.
Familiarity with international logistics (duties, VAT, customs).
Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
