Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with an early-stage VC funded company in the healthcare technology sector. Our client is building a world-class healthcare marketplace in India. They are rapidly growing, and are operational at clinics/hospitals covering over 3500 doctors across India. Overview Of Role :

Plan, direct and implement network development strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the network development objectives for all cities

Reporting to : Co-founder

Direct reports : City Managers

Key Responsibilities :

- Develops network development plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual network development objectives for the region. Monitor and control the network development budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region

- Achieve network development through a team of network development leaders and feet on street work team in order to achieve or exceed the annual network development targets

- Conduct regular market visits to check coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase network development bar

- Provide hospitals and clinics with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve network development

- Develop and maintain an efficient network to ensure the comprehensive domination of company's products and services

- Establish and ensure that all network development processes / administrative procedures are properly implemented to support the network development teams in their efforts to accomplish targets

- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of BTL and ATL channels is available in each region in order to provide brand visibility and promote network development

- Develop the necessary City Level network development management organisation structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing and appropriate training to meet all job requirements. Provide leadership so that team is well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization Skills

Essential Criteria :
- At least 8 years of sales experience including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the E commerce / Technology industry
- Top Notch pedigree
