Job Description

Objective:- Responsible for building a large, profitable and exclusive network of business associates across India .Addressing all business/ operational needs of Franchisees. Would be handling the Top franchisees & 2 Zones for example (East & West) or (North & South). This would be decided based on the candidates calibre

Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving growth in Franchisee Business
Responsible for business development of franchisees by doingSeminars,Concalls, Prospects Conversion and various Business Promotional Activities
Leading a team of Sr Equity Advisors
Taking care of equity sales & providing advisory services

Define and implement (and subsequently monitor) systems/ processes for the Franchisee network
To monitor the Franchisee operations across geographies (cross selling process)
To define and negotiate business terms related to acquisition of AAA+ Franchisees
Maintain relationships with the existing network of Franchisees
To inculcate best practices for the Franchisee network
Need to deal with NSE/ BSE/ SEBIFor compliance at implementation stage ,Networking and brand building
To conceptualize business models of the future
Defining channel strategy (viz. products etc) in alignment with organization strategy
Respond to escalated issues/ complaints related to Franchisee operations
Ongoing franchisee visits
People Management - own team
Coordination with relevant departments (front and back offices) within MOSL
Periodic reporting to Top Management Team
