Customer Relationship Management
Basic understanding of System capabilities and application platform, operations, and delivery
Intermediate knowledge of Client administrative environment and Processing flows, procedures.
Manages the entire team which includes the operational delivery centre and the regional locations for recruitments.
Internal synergy within Accounts Receivable team and other departments and stakeholders to capitalize on the potential business opportunity with Clients and key partners.
Providing knowledge and ideas to client Key SPOCs through regions / locations.
Plan, Indentify and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs for staff coaching and development, and their performance management.
Continuously Interlocking among regions (client stake holders, regional managers) and operations stakeholders to seek process improvement.
Minimum 15 years experience in Human Resources domain of which 8 years should be in leading recruitment projects.
Experience in Service Delivery in the I.T / I.T Infrastructure domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year.
Exposure of handling P&L accounts. Should understand revenue/productivity numbers
Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitment business for various industries.
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills
Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.
Preferably Masters in Human Resources.
