Planning the mining layout roads for truck movement waste dumps, water drainage etc as well as returning the mining site to its natural state after the deposits have been exhausted.
Selection, Coordination and deployment of Heavy Equipments for mining.
Carrying out pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and control the cost of the operation. Out-sourcing of mining operations for excavation of ore & removal of waste.
Meeting stipulated targets in production, quality and cost. Planning for future development.
Inspecting the mine for dangers and as per the provision of Mines Act and various regulations applicable to mines and recording that the mine has been inspected and that it is safe. Maintained safe working condition. No man hours lost or due to accident
Liaison with state governments and central government officials for EIA ,EMP ,approval of mining plan
Production Planning & Control:
Conducting random online quality inspections to ensure that product quality standards are adhered to at all stages of the manufacturing process.
Monitoring the Production status, procedures & systems followed in production to ensure compliance norms with desired quality and quantity as per target.
Motivating teams & ensuring there career development & positive contribution to the company.
Imparting training to various personnel, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
Determining manpower requirement in accordance to manpower rationalisation & production norms.
Liaision for State Govt:
Handling the entire Commercial, PR & Relationship Management, Statutory Compliance Mgt., Cost Management & MIS, Industrial Laws, Site Management & General Administrative matters pertaining to the new project.
Obtaining NOC or Registrations or Approvals or Licenses from respective State & Central Govt. or Semi-govt. bodies or local authorities and responsible for Statutory Compliance Management. Keeping liaison with state and central govt. authorities, Industries Department, Forest and Environment Authorities, Pollution Control Board , Labour Department, Railway authorities.
Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP with extensive use of computers at all levels. Working knowledge of AutoCad.
