Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

15 - 20 + years of global experience in software industry.
Strong Health Care & Life Sciences domain knowledge and experiences.
Should managed directly/indirectly (span of control) team sizes of 300-500 FTEs
Very Strong in Delivery Management with experience in managing US based clients
Well-versed in working, governing in an onsite/offshore model
Strong experience in Trizetto, facets, delivering solutions and projects for customers onsite.
Experience in managing a portfolio with diverse technologies, platforms and engagement models
Unique blend of Delivery Management, Client Management, P&L management, Pre-Sales, People Management, IT Strategy and Consulting skills.
Owning P & L responsibility of the BU, anchoring strategic and tactical initiatives that are aimed at bottom-line improvements in IT services business. Responsible for and supporting teams in program conceptualization, execution planning, overseeing the implementation program, facilitating change management and ensuring lasting changes for a sustained cost advantage.
Ability to drive top line & bottom line focus with the teams & support groups
Good exposure to people / leadership development aspects
Leading the competency development in the Practice.
Solution ownership & stakeholder interaction for large bids.
Thought leadership in developing new solutions.
Point of escalation for all the delivery related issues -- manage customer expectations and take appropriate decisions to resolve issues.
Prepare budgets for the SBU including estimates of all revenue & costs heads, for monthly, quarterly & annual plan to achieve the same.
Possess skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential and manage multiple aspects of daily business operations.
Should have been handling accounts in the range of 20-25mUSD. Or currently handling 15 $ million accounts, and had the ability to scale.

Atleast the recent 10+ years of experience working for customers in Healthcare & Life Sciences domain

Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies, Delivery management and coding standards.

Strong customer facing experience in US/ Europe is must, should have spent considerable time at various client place outside India.
