Job Description

Qualification: Any Graduate (Ful time)

Role Description:

Responsible for the learning operation strategy and directing all functional areas within learning operations, including Learning Solutions, Vendor Management and Learning Delivery Excellence.

Responsibilities & Account-abilities:

Manage and Develop the Learning Operations team

Responsible for all management facets of Learning Operations teams (e.g. training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning and annual performance process)

Work with Talent Lead and Learning Operations Team Leads, consult with SDO Leadership for local perspectives, on management and development of Learning Operations teams

Drive collaboration across and among teams within Learning Operations

Manage Learning Operations

Develop learning operations strategy and documentation, including solutioning, strategic delivery, and vendor management

Consult with Partnerships on innovation and analytics

Drive development and delivery tools and platforms which support the learner experience

Support optimization of learning solutions components

Resolve operational issues across Learning Operations, create operational approach and implement continuous improvement including cost to serve and automation

Ensure delivery of agreed learning services while achieving cost improvements and productivity gains

Manage to Contract Operational and Financial Commitments

Develop strategies to manage and reduce costs on standard learning offerings, assets, technologies, licenses, facilities, subcontractors (where required)

Manage recruiting, staffing, pyramid mix, utilization, cost-to-serve, and capacity of staff to optimize balance between cost and learning targets

Create and track to standard service level agreement (SLA) and other financial/operational metrics

Develop supplier/vendor/sub-contractor strategy for learning operations

Participate in account quality review process and engage appropriately in the Quality Assurance program as appropriate

Support Solution Design Processes and Team Leads

Support Learning Operations Team Lead with operational functions such as C2S, Automation, personnel, SLA and overall metrics

Introduce new approaches, solutions, strategies, tools, etc. based on Partnerships in innovation and analytics

Push learning operations strategy into the Learning Operations Teams

Be escalation point for regional training center, ACLC and other delivery channel challenges

Be escalation point for Knowledge Management Services challenges with industry and offering clients
