Skills & Qualification

1. Ideally, 15+ year work experience in an Advertising/ Marketing set-up
2. Post-Graduation in a relevant discipline
3. Proven expertise in B2B Marketing from a communications perspective
4. Ability to articulate trends in Social, Digital, Analytics domains. Proven expertise inconceptualizing end-to-end communications solutions that cover these areas
5. Passion for advertising and all things digital
6. People management for results, and mentorship to drive learning &growth
7. Impeccable spoken and written English

Capabilities

1. Must understand enterprise technology products, solutions, services and the value that IT drives for business today
2. Collaborative influencer who can drive hard objectives across agency disciplines as well as service provider teams on the client side
3. Experience with data led marketing
4. Verbal and written presentation skills (read story telling capability)
5. Expertise in advertising operations, to run local and global workflows
6. Financial discipline - Budgeting, revenue projections, managing delivery scope, working within costs on the business
