A leadership role, responsible for conceptualizing, planning, organizing, implementing, managing and controlling the Talent Acquisition function, at the corporate level, for one of the top three telecom companies in India.

Reporting to : President & CHRO

Key Account-abilities:

Understanding, projecting and planning for the talent and manpower requirements across the organization.
Managing Talent Acquisition across the organization and driving efficacious efficiencies through timelines/schedules, quality and cost.
Conceptualizing, planning, organizing and managing a consistent pipeline of high caliber and potent talent that would be needed within the organization.
Driving recruitment efficiencies.
Leveraging HR Branding synergies to attract best of the talent to the Company and to create brand differentiators so as to make the organization an ideal employment destination for top performers in the industry.

Key Activities:

Talent Acquisition Budgets.
Talent planning, recruitment and on-boarding as per the Organogram.
Referral recruitment.
Recruitment through Consultants.
Recruitment Promotions and advertising.
Promotions through seminars and forums.
Campus Recruitment
Expert lead management.
Talent Acquisition MIS.
Conceptualizing and creating efficient recruitment processes and system.
Efficient use of automation to drive effective and scalable recruitment processes.
Plan, organize, train, groom and manage the talent Acquisition team within the organization.
Define, develop and roll out Talent Acquisition metrics (qualitative as well as quantitative) and dashboards.

Candidate Profile:

MBA HR from one of the Top Ten Business Schools in India, with a minimum of 12 years versatile talent acquisition experience, out of which should be heading the talent acquisition function of a reputed Organization.
Preference would be given to a leader from telecom industry.
MUST have demonstrated distinguished abilities to build, partner, consult and influence business heads, department heads and other leaders.
Must be a natural networker with collaborative skills.
Must have excellent Communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
MUST have top-of-the-line interviewing skills.
