Job Description

Developing in partnership with the business, a competitive overall labor strategy that is aligned to business plans

- Actively participating in network strategy setting Managing influential relationships with union leaders

- Creating and delivering capability training for field HR and line organizations

- Creating and delivering contract strategy

- Creating and training negotiation process

- Providing Center of Excellence guidance and council as needed to field HR professionals and the business in respect to labor relation issues

- Developing, implementing and monitoring initiatives to maintain positive employee relations at union free facilities

- Providing insights on trends, patterns and industry activity Leading a team of labor specialist


- Bachelor/Master s Degree in HR, Business, Industry Relations or related field required

- Extensive work related experience

- Frequently demonstrated experience at senior management or executive level

- Experience with change management, labor relations, negotiations, and strategic planning

- Experience in managing labor relations as well as principles, practices and procedures of HR Preferred:

- Global labor relations experience is preferred
