Job Description

Design and implementation of organizational development/effectiveness and talent optimization practices to build a customer-focused, high performing organization aligned with the company s mission, vision, values and strategic objectives
Facilitate strategic planning/alignment/execution through helping leaders make decisions based on insights derived from robust business, market, industry and organizational analytics
Lead core process re-design efforts, and provide change management/ acceleration interventions
Consult with senior leadership teams on organization diagnosis, analysis, and design
Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders across the company, particularly senior leadership
Use business acumen and industry knowledge to compare human capital insights from our client and benchmark to industry to provide
Provide strategic insights to key business leaders through analysis of relevant human capital data to drive or enhance organization performance
Competitive Intelligence and Business Analytics with respect to best in class organizations
Design and execute ad hoc and regularly scheduled statistical and data mining analysis
Partner with the Data Systems team to build more effective presentation layers and self-service reports
Design and implement core human capital reports, organizational design insights, executive dashboards and other ad hoc reporting analysis for various stakeholders, HR and executives through out the company.
This ranges from analyzing headcount reports, employee engagement, attrition, organizational data
As well as measuring effectiveness of internal programs and processes
Analyze key people metrics to identify organizational patterns, trends and issues
Partner with HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and the People Development team to share insights aimed at developing strategies and programs to help support key business decisions and facilitate solutions
That have a significant impact on performance and culture.


Bach/Master in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
Extensive experience in OD/OE consulting within a Corporate environment
Proven expertise and capability in: Performing statistical data analysis in a business environment, particularly dealing with human capital data
Management Consulting Complex Organization
Design & Analysis
Proactive with a strong sense of urgency to drive results
Distinctive problem solving skills with a high degree of analytical rigor to gain insight into business performance
Ability to collect and assimilate data from multiple sources
Must have a clear understanding of the full data ecosystem from source to presentation layer Visual thinker.
Must be able to create and develop data visualization deliverables to effectively tell the story Skilled
At exercising cross-functional influence collaborating with business owners and technical teams to being about improvement and change
Ability to think systemically
Strong data communication skills particularly to business leaders and key executives
Technical capabilities: must be experienced with Excel, and general data architecture and data visualization
Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for detective work
