This role has been created, as a part of transformational process. The incumbent would be expected to diagnose, strategies, plan and organize a restructured organogram through effective Strategic HR interventions, aligning each employee performance to the Global vision of the group.
Reporting to : The CMD
Head Global HR.
Identify specific TOC needs anticipated in rapid growth markets, across the globe, both organic and inorganic growth (joint ventures and other BD plans).
Provide strategic consulting support to the Top Management and different businesses.
Provide content expertise and thought leadership on Talent and Organization capabilities to HR Leads and Business Leaders to enable and facilitate business strategies and performance.
Provide consulting support to drive organization development/effectiveness initiatives and projects for the Business.
Participate on key strategic initiatives/projects, working collaboratively and in partnership with Business and Functional Heads.
Develop Divisional and Business unit implementation plans to ensure enterprise efforts deliver critical local advantages globally.
Build out and deliver approach to collaborate with local HR and Business leaders to enable them to drive talent and organizational capability initiatives effectively into the organization.
Strategies, plan and effect Performance Management System globally.
Understand the training needs across the organization and plan for conducting training programs.
Strategies, plan, put for approval and effect global talent acquisition.
Effective IDPs and support to Fast Trackers.
HR MIS and reporting.
MBA HR from one of the top Institutes, with a minimum of 14 years of Strategic HR experience.
Must have demonstrated versatility in OD/OE interventions.
Must be heading HR in present organization.
Preference would be given to a candidate from Engineering/ EPC industry, who would also understand relevant global trends.
Must have demonstrated relevant leadership qualities while heading HR function.
