Job Description

The VP - FP&A(L&D) is responsible for two primary areas:

Projects: He works on strategic cross L&D projects on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include project leadership, design, development or project management.

Team Operations: He is responsible to ensure all L&D people are informed, integrated and know how to get things done. This role is overall responsible to support the L&D Lead in the effective running of the organization.

Operations Activities include, but are not limited to:

Coordination and Communication
Engagement and new member Integration
Talent Management
Financial
Team Admin
Metrics/Adhoc Requests for Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use personal network and overall knowledge of operations.
  • Minimize and streamline requests for information minimizing leadership time spent on requests
  • By having a cross team view, ensure integration across HR to maximize information sharing and collective output.
  • Manage the goals, objectives, overall performance and budget of any assigned project/project.
