Will lead the development and delivery of greater client benefits and service relationship value, and enable clients to improve the Governance / Performance / Service Delivery agenda
Should ideally possess relationships with Ministers and other key Government officials in departments in the state and centre
He/she will work closely with the solution leader for marketing/business development activities including target client identification, opportunity development, and proposal writing and pitching.
He/she will be responsible for managing the quality delivery to the government client with complete responsibility of managing multiple engagements.
He/she will be expected to contribute to overall marketing and brand building initiatives by competitively differentiating large management consulting projects.
Build the organizations client delivery capacity through intellectual capital development, process excellence, and team oriented leadership.
Fosters the growth of a capable management consulting team thats supports business development, delivery and creates greater opportunity for the team.
Experience & Qualification:
Engineer / MBA(must) with about12-15 years of experience preferably in Government Consulting Business.
Should have contributed to market development, new service offerings for Govt. Sector in the last 5-8 years.
Should have worked with bilateral and multilateral (donor) agencies on Govt. Reforms, Restructuring, Governance areas.
