Job Description

Purpose of the job:

To plan and execute sales growth strategy of group's real estate projects.

Roles & responsibilities:

To synergize and establish sales strategy by analyzing markets, sales trends and effective team management.

Developing and executing annual sales programme for projects.

Forecasting and achieving expected sales volume for existing and new products.

Developing a vast network and lasting relationships with channel partners.

Maximizing new business development opportunities by representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.

Working conditions:

To be stationed in HO at Noida.

Will be required to travel to locations within and outside NCR.


MBA (Sales and Marketing) from a reputed institute.

Managerial and soft competencies:

A self-confident result and customer oriented leader who possesses social competence, believes in strong networking and has excellent communication skills.

Technical Competencies:

Well versed with IT and social media tools.

Prior experience:

Minimum 10 years, preferably in a reputed real estate company.
