The incumbent will be responsible for :
Preferably Masters in Human Resources.
Minimum 12 years experience in Human Resources domain of which 6 - 7 years should be in leading recruitment projects.
Experience in Service Delivery in the I.T domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year.
Exposure of handling P&L accounts. Should understand revenue/productivity numbers
Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills
Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.
Managing multiple teams onsite and offshore and ensure all recruitment SLAs for the client are met.
Meet revenue targets and take full responsibility for P&L for the account.
Customer Relationship Management
Basic understanding of System capabilities and application platform, operations, and delivery
Intermediate knowledge of Client administrative environment and Processing flows, procedures.
