This position is part of the Enterprise Access Management, Corporate Risk team which provides the following services: Manage requests related to the provisioning and deprovisioning of access across multiple Operating Systems and line of business applications according to access management policies and standards. Manage line of business access services related to service delivery, problem management and change Management for access issues and changes. Manages and drives access management solutions and services for the Identity and Access Management domain. Assist with budget management, including forecasting and variance control. A successful candidate will show the ability to manage and grow capabilities within an organization that executes the following activities on a day to day basis: Maintain and grow a high performing team that manages access across multiple Operating Systems and line of business applications according to access management policies and standards. Must provide high quality and accurate continuous service levels to ensure minimal business impact or interruption and to ensure compliance to access management policies and standards. Understand Access Management functions and capabilities well enough to manage application onboarding to Identity and Access Management solution. Effectively run, manage, and support the accesss management lifecycle and associated processes and tools. Manage service delivery to existing performance metrics/KPIs and KRIs and identify needed enhancements. Grow the necessary talent to effectively provide end to end access management services. Collaborate with technology and business leaders as well as the lines of businesses to reduce access management risk and increase effectiveness of controls and processes. Build and manage a geographically dispersed, high performance work team.
12+ years information security technology management and/or related-business line experience that includes 7+ years management and/or leadership experience. Minimum qualifications: Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts including senior level managers. BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Experience implementing/managing Identity Access Management technologies and processes and relevant experience in Identity and Access Management Transformation programs. Security software or internal IT Audit experience Demonstrated relationship management ability with large internal technology groups. Strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills with the proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business issues and risks in a dynamic environment. A proven track record in building and managing high performance work teams consisting of 15 or more staff. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority initiatives, and operate in an interrupt driven environment. The ability to professionally communicate issues and suggestions to senior management, including CIOs, Technology Services management, business management, third parties and banking regulators. Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to identify and support controls for Access Management Governance and Oversight A proven ability to actively plan, implement and manage organizational change. A proven track record in building and managing a geographically dispersed, high performance work team of 90+ individuals. Proven ability to actively plan, implement and manage organizational change. Proven ability to positively influence, motivate and direct diverse teams to emphasize individual and group strengths. Exercise authority appropriately and effectively. Preferred Skills: CISSP, CISM and or CISA preferred. Experience in large organization transformation.
