  • Ability to manage team of Operations Managers and their respective deliveries, guiding and monitoring the overall program office deliveries and reporting to the management in timely and effective manner

  • Strong experience in Domestic Business

  • Knowledge and experience of Domestic domain with a minimum 14+ years of experience.

  • Proven leader with demonstrated expertise in devising and implementing streamlined business processes to improve efficiency, automation, and productivity while reducing costs and growing revenue
  • Interact and partner with business leaders to drive large scale process change and innovation in support of our strategic objectives and operating plans that will impact growth, customer satisfaction, productivity and operational excellence
