1. Person should come with at least 10-15 years in recruitment.
2. Person should understand the recruitment services business model and willing to make progress with same.
3. Relationship management with HR and other business leaders with top corporate MNC's in Mumbai.
4. Person should be strong in pharma, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure domain.
5. Person should have exposure in Business development.
6. Also will be responsible for managing the P&L.
