Job Description

Marketing and Research

Lead/Guide/Direct market mapping, salary survey and other vertical aligned projects
Intensive Market Research capability on practices chosen, to be chosen.
Responsible for brand positioning of KFR Vertical internally and externally
Responsible for budgets on conferences, whitepapers, media releases on the vertical
Responsible for budgets for community building and specialization
Be the ambassador for Kelly on the practice to the client world

Key Account Management & Development

Devise and Execute Key Account Management Strategy for the vertical Nationwide
Devise mechanism and process to qualify and validate key accounts and their reviews
Develop strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed objectives for these key accounts.

Job Basket Strategy

Devise and execute apparent, relevant job basket strategy in alignment with capability
Devise mechanism and process to qualify and validate Job Baskets and their reviews periodically
Develop strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed objectives for high repeatability of jobs in identified job baskets.
Collaboratively work with the Location Head to implement specialization
Collaboratively work with the Location Head to build and service Key Accounts from retail accounts
Works with Location Head on resolution of servicing related issues for Key Accounts and for Retail Accounts where required
Capability Building & Training
Achieve target GP from identified Key Accounts through engagement programs, connect and service capability building
Responsible for validation of practices in the vertical : serviceability based on capability of the hubs
Invest on the building the capability width for the vertical
Build the community of vertical aligned resources through R&R, Best practice sharing and engagement events.
Be the knowledge champion for the vertical internally
Sales & Business Development
Build and execute client acquisition strategy for the Vertical with BD community
Grow the operations hubs for the vertical in terms of sales velocity and presence.
Consult and facilitate Kelly Indias Offerings (Staffing and Kelly OCG bouquet of solutions) to appropriately impact the business needs of the clients.
Responsible to drive Global Solutions accounts aligned to the vertical locally.
Reporting and Presentations
To report the hygiene of the vertical periodically to the Internal Key Stakeholders Negotiate major supplier status with selected accounts.


Comprehensive understanding of relevant practices in the Financial Services Industry
The person should be able to conceptualize relevant job families/baskets and drive nominated Job roles externally and internally
Good industry connections and network
Capability to connect and deal with senior stakeholders internally and externally
Capability to Train / build capabilities through a structured approach for recruitment professionals in the specified practices
Capability to be independent and drive to add value to the delivery organization by managing conflict of priorities and showcasing the enabling character of the role.
