Perform value added analyses to generate management information, and help improve processes
Conduct Post Project Reviews and Performance Score Cards
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
Ensure Projects are Conducted in Compliance to Standards,
Should have had exposure to multiple business departments for example Operations, Migrations and Quality etc.
At least 8 years working experience of which at least 5-6 years work experience in a BPO operations environment
Exposure to Six Sigma Methodology
PMP Certification (preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office applications. primarily ( powerpoint/excel/visio)
Should have led/co-led organization wide, LOB wide transformational projects
