Position & Functional Goals:
Meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLA)
To Ensure the Client Service Satisfaction Level.
Meeting all statuary & regulatory requirements at unit.
Liaison with client to perform support services at the Unit.
Responsible for providing integrated facility management services (Housekeeping Services / Technical Services) & Patient care / Patient transportation
Managing Escalations from the client at the Unit level
Ensure submission of reports to Client by Unit FM.
Organic Growth and Profitability
Ensure organic growth of sales and Unit by developing and promoting service excellence
Sustain and build Unit profitability through timely analysis of reports and provide solutions to counter any
Discrepancies, Meet the sales and profit targets of his operations
Ensure that the data required for the raising of invoices is sent to the accounts department on time
Strictly enforce timely collection of the invoiced amounts from the client as per the agreed terms and
Communication and Client Retention
Stay in close communication with the client for all issues regarding services, additional business, new
initiatives and hygiene and prepare documents of the same
Understand and exceed the expectations of the client in order to ensure complete satisfaction
Timely addressal of all issues with pertaining to the client and the operations
Coordinate with the Purchase department to understand and forecast the cost trends and revisions
Develop suitable operational strategies to address increase in costs
Co-ordinate with the HR, HSE Department and Legal departments to ensure that all the legal compliance's are met with and a copy of the same is maintained at the Unit.
Contract Renegotiation and Rate Renewal
Responsible for the timely renegotiation of the existing contracts along with rate renewals
Ensure that all the Unit are operating with valid and up-to-date agreements
