Roles & Responsibilities

Focusing on low income customer segment to deliver micro credit, micro deposits, micro insurance etc.
Guide, Monitor & Support Field Supervisor.
Review, Handhold & Support Customer Service Representative of the Branch.
Participate actively in the Branch Loan Committee & guide the team in building quality portfolio, cross-sell, customer service.

Qualification & Experience

B.Sc. Agri / M.B.A.
2 Yrs experience in Micro Banking / Micro Finance.
Age Limit: 30 yrs.
