Creation of Unit Sales Strategies market share & overall discount
Achieve Unit Level Ad Sales Targets.
Key Clients Management to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
Provide Leadership to all function of the unit such that engagement sees a significant positive change
Retention of Talent in ad sales functions in unit.
Actively develop and groom team to reflect the clients brand and deliver superior Performance
Actively Contribute towards the Profitability of the organization
