Responsibilities & Key Performance areas:
Monitoring or operating own vehicles & also market and vendors vehicle.
Collection follow up & sending daily collection report, outstanding details, projection for collection.
Timely solve the problems of customer & vendors complaints.
Monthly service performance reports & MIS of vehicles.
Complete control of Vehicle placement with competitive rates
Rate negotiation with customers & vendor development
Claim settlement with customer or vendors & issue the COF.
Establish quality transportation services.
Develop partnerships with outside carriers in shipping.
Plan and implement budgets.
Utilize services of less-than-truckload carriers and air-forwarders to handle fulfillment shipments.
Manage performance of branch employees with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
Lead all distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities.
Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities.
Business Development with new customers for own & market vehicles
To monitor the vehicle maintenance & Planning for breakdown vehicles.
Full truck & part load Business Development.
To prepare presentation & agreement process for new customers
- He needs to have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
- The person needs to be very responsible and organized with the ability to work across organizations effectively.
Note: Candidates must be from Logistics & Transportation Industry.
