The candidate will be responsible for
- Developing content for the Training requirements in HR L&D
- Deliver sessions demonstrating passion & commitment to achieve the outcome
- Work with HR L&D team for meeting the education, awareness and development needs of employees
Candidate should have min 6-10 Years experience in training ( non- technical/ behavioral)- develop content, design & deliver sessions.
Must be certified Train the Trainer/ Psychometrics/NLP with very strong people skills
