CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE FROM OBEROI HOTELS IN TRAINING PROFILE. Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service & delivered end to end training function. Based on training needs analyses conducted for the Hotel department, initiates and supervises development and revision of Hotel training and development courses and their curriculum, instrumentation and other related materials. Reviews/revises training and development plans to ensure that they conform to the changes in technology and employee programs. Develops and initiates training evaluation systems. Prepares training data in support of other management intervention programs. Develops an annual training plan. Manages the training budget. Assists department managers in developing and organizing their training programs. Assists department managers to train individuals designated departmental trainers. Conducts general orientation programs. Organizes, supervises and manages development programs. Coordinates the use of outside training resources. Organizes cross-training programs. Assists management in analysing training needs. Completes monthly training report. Performs other duties as maybe assigned by superior. This is a Family Status Job Opportunity.
