i. Design and Develop Training Modules including syllabus, contents as per duration and training methodology (presentation materials, case studies, questionnaire, text books,audio-visual etc.) in identified areas as per the business need.
ii. Conduct / Facilitate Training including class room, self learning modules and on the job training as per training plan/schedule. Use appropriate training tools and methods to enable effective learning.
iii. Design Certification process for theory and practice for identified courses with inputs from functional heads related to training outcomes. Also define the certification process for the internal trainers.
iv. Define measures of Training Effectiveness and periodically measure through participant/supervisors feedback and performance. Improvise courseware and delivery mechanism basis feedback.
v. Technical Training Centre facility and infrastructure management; learning management system (LMS) maintenance; e-learning module creation and release of monthly report on training.
Candidate should possess deep knowledge of Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions and should have 7-12 years of experience in Formulation Manufacturing operations.
