The person would be responsible for supporting the Corporate HR Functions by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis. S/he will be will be primarily responsible for the Training Function (70% of KRAs) and Generalist activities like HR Operations, Employee Engagement, talent management, etc. (30% of KRAs). One needs to partner with Divisional HRs in order to support day to day HR people agenda. This would also include executing day to day related transactions. This is an individual contributor role and the responsibilities are broadly enumerated below
The incumbent shall be responsible for driving the Training & Development function.
Identify training needs through interactions with function heads, TNI Processes and Performance Management System.
Rolling out Training Calendar and ensuring adherence as per the needs identified.
Implement initiatives for Employee Development and Capability Building.
Organizing and coordinating Workshops, Seminars, MDPs, LDPs and other house training programs.
Meet and identify faculties (internal as well as external) for various training programs.
Conducting the pre and post effectiveness evaluation and presenting the ROI of training effectiveness.
Partner with Corporate HR in designing strategies in order to help employees achieve work life balance.
Partner with Corporate HR in designing SOPs for HR functions and implementation of the same.
Conduct climate Surveys/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives like People Committee, fun & charity, leadership offsite etc
Communicate and implement HR policies and program along with the Divisional HR
Inculcate a culture of recognition and drive Rewards and Recognition.
Supports Corporate HR in Audits (Internal & External) and compliance related matters.
